ABOUT DESIGNAGE
Designed objects result from pure human intelligence.
It is this
energy of creativity which we find so stimulating and uplifting.
Beauty and Design is ever re-invigorating, assuring a continuing
interest and commitment to the never-ending
search for new and exciting finds.
Just as interesting as the visual impact are the reasons and philosophies
that explain the never ending evolution of our fragile culture.
These are the items we try to obtain,enjoy and possibly pass on to
other like minded persons.
We started as "Urban Archaeology" in 1989, the in 2002 we re-emerged as "Design Age" located in our present address.
We regard the twentieth century as the "Age of Design", generally we focus on the period 1880 to the present.
